Welcome to Studillo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Studillo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Studillo ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Studillo. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parents' or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using Studillo, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You may need to create an account to access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Studillo is an AI-powered study companion that provides the following features:
AI Chat: Ask questions about your uploaded study materials.
Exam Simulation: Practice with AI-generated exam-style questions.
Practice Modes: Quizzes, flashcards, match practice, timed challenges, and adaptive practice.
Study Plans: Personalized study schedules based on your goals and study style.
Podcasts: AI-generated audio summaries of your materials.
Exam Readiness: A scoring system based on Recall, Confidence, and Exam Fit to predict your preparedness.
Progress Tracking: Analytics, streaks, achievements, and GPA tracking.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
4.1 Your Materials
You retain ownership of all study materials, documents, and content you upload to Studillo ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and use your materials solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
4.2 Restrictions
You agree not to upload or share content that:
Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights.
Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Violates any applicable law or regulation.
4.3 Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.
Studillo uses artificial intelligence to generate quizzes, flashcards, summaries, podcasts, study plans, and other study tools from your uploaded materials.
AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes only and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
AI-generated content should not be considered a substitute for professional academic instruction or official course materials.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular exam or assessment.
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
The Exam Readiness score, including Recall, Confidence, and Exam Fit metrics, is an estimate based on your study activity and performance within the app.
It is not a guarantee of actual exam performance.
The score is intended as a study guidance tool and should be used alongside your own judgment and other study resources.
By joining our waitlist, you agree to receive communications about Studillo's launch and updates.
You may unsubscribe from waitlist communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at support@studillo.app.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission.
Share your account credentials with others.
Use the Service to develop a competing product.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
The Service, including its design, features, code, AI models, branding, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Studillo and protected by intellectual property laws.
The Studillo name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Studillo.
You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details will be presented at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@studillo.app.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDILLO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studillo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Studillo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
