Studillo ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Studillo mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
Profile Information: Country, institution, course of study, GPA (current and target), study style preferences, daily study goals, and learning preferences.
Study Materials: Documents, PDFs, images, text, audio files, and links you upload to the platform.
Usage Data: Quiz responses, flashcard interactions, practice session results, exam simulation scores, and study plan progress.
Waitlist Information: Email address provided when joining our pre-launch waitlist.
Communications: Messages, feedback, and support requests you send to us.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
Log Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of access, and referring URLs.
Analytics Data: App usage patterns, feature interactions, session duration, and performance metrics.
Location Data: General location based on IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location).
1.3 Information from Third Parties
Authentication Providers: If you sign in through a third-party service (e.g., Google, Apple), we may receive your name, email, and profile picture as permitted by your account settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Service (hosting, analytics, email delivery), subject to confidentiality obligations.
AI Processing: Your uploaded study materials are processed by AI systems to generate study tools. These materials are used solely for your benefit and are not shared with other users.
Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

Study Materials: Uploaded materials are retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Waitlist Data: Email addresses are retained until launch and subsequent account creation, or until you request removal.
Analytics Data: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security assessments. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
